- Delivery timing may vary slightly depending on location, traffic, or weather conditions

OTP-Based Delivery Confirmation (4-Digit)

To ensure secure and verified delivery, SwadHub uses a 4-digit OTP system:

- When your order is out for delivery, a 4-digit OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number

- Our delivery agent will ask for this OTP at the time of delivery

- The order will only be handed over after successful OTP verification

- Please do not share your OTP with anyone except the authorized SwadHub delivery person

Delivery Charges

- Free delivery on orders above Rs.999

- Rs.20 delivery charge on smaller orders

Order Processing

- Orders are accepted and processed immediately upon confirmation

- Live order tracking and updates available via SMS or WhatsApp

SwadHub guarantees fast handover of the order to the delivery agent. However, SwadHub is not

liable for unexpected delays due to external reasons like traffic, natural issues, or incorrect address.
